8. Payment Terms

If you purchase our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your service agreement. Payment terms include:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aser AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Business interruption or operational delays
• Investment losses based on our risk assessments

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aser AI and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of our services in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights
• Any data or content you provide to us
• Your business decisions based on our services

11. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms and your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice. Upon termination:

• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
